Complete polishing training
This practical and theoretical training course (as described on our WEB site) is intended for advisers and technicians in dealership workshops, independent garages, automobile service centers or private contractors who wish to quickly acquire all the skills in car detailing.
INCLUDED: 4 DAYS OF TRAINING, LUNCH MEALS, SNACKS AND COURSE MATERIALS.
The training will allow you to inderstand the different damage and master the following essential techniques:
- The famed Bonneville wet look shine. This finish is the result of 2 buffing techniques: dry and wet.
- Paint reconditioning (Buffing). Rotary and orbital buffers have different advantages, but used properly allow remarkable results.
- Alloy wheels detailing. Cleaning alloy wheels down to the last detail enhances the appearance of the vehicule.
- Headlight reconditioning increases visibility and overall safety.
- Engine bay cleaning. A clean engine bay makes it easier to identify any fluid leaks.
- Interior cleaning and shampoo. Three types of shampoo can be used to sanitize the cabin: steam, dry and extraction.
- This table illustrates the depth of damage by cause.
Nanoceramic coating and paint polishing techniques, 8 hours will allow you to master both the art of polishing and the application of the nanoceramic coating.
Description of the training:
- Paint decontamination.
- Polishing techniques to restore 100% of original luster and remove 80-90% of surface scratches, as well as deep scratches.
- Know how to recognize the polishing limit without burning the paint.
- Analysis of the different paints: soft, hard, repainted panels or not.
- Demonstration, comparison and use of 5 different types of polishers.
- Demonstration, comparison and use of the different polishing compounds.
- Preparation, application and maintenance of nanoceramic coating.
